My experience

photo-pro-1-couleurMore than 20 years ago, I started my professional career in finance. After a while, I realized that I was more interested in humans than in numbers. So I quickly re-directed my career to the Human Resources field. I occupied different roles in an international context at Danone Group, a food industry multinational. After 7 years, I felt the need to discover new horizons and to enrich my experience by diversifying the tasks and contexts of my activities. I therefore decided to switch to Human Resources consultancy by joining Hay Group, first in Paris and later on in Montreal. Fifteen years at this organization have allowed me to quench my taste for diversity and change and my appetite for knowledge. Over the years I have worked with hundreds of leaders, teams and organizations around the world in Europe, North America and Africa. For several years, I have focused more specifically on change management approaches, helping to transform organizations, teams and leaders. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I hold two masters degrees in finance and in organizational development. I am also trained and accredited to use various tools of development and psychometric evaluation.
